About Me
My Teaching Philosophy

Every child has potential, and the job of an educator is to unfold it.
I believe that children should be given the opportunity to learn and grow in an environment that is positive and encouraging, through hands-on experiences. Children are also capable of independence and discipline at a young age, and educators should aim to foster these values in them.
The role of an educator is to be able to provide that, all while enabling constant learning. Hence, I seek to be an educator that is intentional in seizing opportunities for learning that lasts a lifetime.
My Personal Motto
In all that you do, give your best always.
I'm someone who is very meticulous and hardworking when it comes to tasks that are being handed to me, small or big. The reason why I do so, is because I would always want the receiving party to have my best, and nothing short of that. I always believe that giving is better than receiving, as I find joy in being a blessing to others!

Music
I find myself playing the guitar/piano and singing a lot when I take time to rest. Most of the time, it isn't for performance but more for me to recharge and take my mind off things.
I song-lead the younger congregation in church occasionally, when I am given the opportunity. I'm glad that I can use my voice beyond the four walls of my room!
Dance
Dance has always been a passion I wanted to pursue, but never got to due to the lack of opportunities previously. After coming to Ngee Ann Polytechnic, I found myself a spot in NRA, NP's very own dance club, and involved in my church's dance ministry actively.
These have not only added to my skills but also serve as an expression and extension of who I am. You can find out more about my involvement below here!

Arts
Anything to do with the arts, count me in.
I enjoy activities from painting, to looking at artworks in museums, exploring different activities, and many more!
This hobby of mine expands my creativity and appreciating others' artworks inspires and intrigues me too.
Spending time with my loved-ones
My family and friends are so important to me.
I love spending time with them, as it is my way of expressing my love towards them.
These are the people who have my back in times of need!
They constantly inspire me to be a better version of myself.
